I have a new PayPal account, one of my own now instead of using my Husband's account. So that means that I have a new e-mail address for PayPal, so don't send money to my old one (that's only if you have it). Although my PayPal account isn't verified & that's only because I don't have a bank account or credit card to verify me with. But my Husbands is verified so if you felt better by sending the money to his account, then the fees will be a little bit higher considering that I would have to accept it with his account & then send it to mine. I hope that isn't too confusing.
